Harry Potter is not standing up in his crib when the Killing Curse strikes him, and the cursed scar has far more terrible consequences. But some souls will not be broken by horrible circumstance. Some people won’t let the world drag them down. Strong men rise from such beginnings, and powerful gifts can be gained in terrible curses.
A very different take on Harry Potter
Blindness is a hint to the entire story, because the night where Voldemort is defeated is also the night where Harry becomes blind.
But Harry sees colors, shapes and all kinds of things, all that touches magic he can see.
It leads him to a very different life, since Hogwarts isn’t equipped to handle a blind Savior, he has to fend for him self.
Luckily the dursley family is very different.
But the Dark Lord Voldemort still lurks, and therefore Harry is still pulled into the machinations of the “plot”.
Through the story there is also a very good plot about the Veil, death and the Deathly Hallows.
My Opinion
It is a very different way, at first I didn’t really know if I would like it, but it kept growing on me, and Im happy that I completed it.
I would say it’s worth a read, its not at all the worst I have read, but yet not in my top 10.
But if you wan’t a different Harry Potter story, this is definetely it.
